Shipping & delivery times

A delivery estimate is two things added together, not one. Your piece is prepared first, then posted — and for groom wear the preparation is usually the longer half.

• A stock size is checked, pressed and packed in 2–4 working days.
• Cut to your own measurements takes 10–14 working days, because the piece is made for you.

Courier transit is then added on top, according to where it’s going. The estimate shown on each product page and in your bag already does this for you.

Major cities include Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, Peshawar and Quetta. Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir and remote Balochistan take longer, and can be affected by weather and road closures.

Customs duties and import taxes are set by your own country and are not included in the price. They are payable by you on arrival. Customs inspection can add time we can’t predict or control.

All times are in working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays, and counted from the day your order is confirmed — not the day you first message us. They are estimates based on normal courier performance, not guarantees.

Wedding dates are not something to leave to an estimate. If you have one, tell your consultant when you order and they will confirm a real date and, where it’s needed, prioritise the work.

Your consultant sends tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched, and stays reachable on WhatsApp until it arrives. If anything is delayed, we tell you rather than waiting for you to ask.
