Exchanges & returns

This is the most common reason to come back to us, and it is the easiest to put right. If the piece doesn’t fit as it should, we alter it — and if it can’t be altered to fit, we remake it. There is no extra charge for either.

This applies whether you ordered a stock size or sent us your own measurements.

It can be exchanged for another piece of the same value. If the piece you choose instead costs more, you pay the difference.

We do not refund an order once it has been placed. Every piece is either prepared to order or cut to your own measurements, so it cannot simply be returned to stock. What we offer instead is an exchange, or an alteration, or a remake — whichever actually solves the problem.

This is why we put the size chart and a custom-measurement form on every product page, and why a consultant confirms your sizing before you pay. Please use them.

• Message your consultant on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
• The piece must be unworn, unaltered by anyone else, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Send photographs of the piece and, for a fit problem, your measurements — it usually tells us straight away what needs changing.
• We’ll confirm the return address and arrange collection or dispatch.

• Pieces that have been worn, washed, or altered elsewhere.
• Damage caused after delivery, including staining and tearing.
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.

If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, that is our error, not a return — tell us straight away and we will put it right at our cost.

Check the size chart on the product page, or use the Custom size tab to send your own measurements so the piece is cut to you. If you’re unsure, ask a consultant before ordering — it is far easier than fixing it afterwards.
